 Masque au yaourt et concombre

 Ce masque clarifiant répare le teint terni. Il vous faut un demi-concombre et un yaourt. Mixez le concombre épluché avec le yaourt et étalez la pâte obtenue sur votre visage en laissant poser 15 minutes. Riche en eau, le concombre hydrate la peau en profondeur et lui redonne de l’éclat. Ce légume est également gorgé de vitamine C et possède des propriétés astringentes et assainissantes.

 Masque au miel

 Ce masque à effet bonne mine est idéal après une nuit trop courte ou une journée stressante. Vous avez besoin d’un blanc d’œuf, d’une cuillère à soupe de yaourt, d’une cuillère à soupe de miel, d’une demi-cuillère à soupe de citron. Mélangez le jus de citron et le miel avec le blanc d’œuf battu. Ajoutez-y le yaourt et remuez pour obtenir une pâte homogène. Laissez le mélange un quart d’heure sur votre visage et rincez abondamment. Le miel est un ingrédient idéal pour raviver le teint. Il est riche en sels minéraux, en acides aminés et en vitamines. Le miel a des vertus purifiantes, adoucissantes et apaisantes.

 Masque à l’œuf

 Idéal pour les peaux matures, ce masque est une alternative aux crèmes anti-âge. Préparez un blanc d’œuf, un demi-jus de citron, deux cuillères à café d’huile d’olive ou d’huile d’argan. Montez le blanc en neige, ajoutez tous les ingrédients et mélangez. Laissez agir sur votre visage durant 20 minutes. Riche en protéines, le blanc d’œuf est un tenseur naturel. Il agit en resserrant les pores et limite ainsi l’apparition des rides et des ridules.

 Masque à l’argile

 Réservé aux peaux grasses ou mixtes, ce masque convient également aux personnes désirant purifier leur épiderme en profondeur. Il vous faut deux cuillères à soupe d’argile en poudre, deux cuillères à soupe d’eau minérale et une cuillère à café d’huile de noisette. Mélangez tous les ingrédients afin d’obtenir une pâte lisse. Étalez la « crème » sur votre visage en évitant le contour des lèvres et des yeux. Laissez agir 10 à 15 minutes. Si la pâte sèche et tiraille sur votre visage, humidifiez légèrement avec un brumisateur. L’argile dispose de propriétés cicatrisantes, absorbantes et purifiantes.
